Todayʻs modern matriarchs are shaping the consciousness of the next generation amidst broader societal structures that are not set up for families to thrive at a time on the planet when the presence of suffering is immense. Many of us are doing this work alongside tending to the wounds of our own emotional inheritance and learning to reparent ourselves.

I specialize in guiding mothers in the courageous work of alchemy: transmuting the challenging aspects of our lifeʻs curriculum into the wisdom to mother from a place of strength and grace. When we have the right support to integrate our pain and embody a sense of safety and worthiness, we are better equipped to step into our power to quite literally transform the world.
