My name is Sarah Lou Warren.
I am a mother, writer, and licensed therapist raising my two young children and developing a small homestead on Hawai’i Island. Alongside over a decade of professional experience, I also hold the wisdom gained from parenting through many diverse seasons of motherhood.
I also come to this work with the lived experience of doing the hard and beautiful work of taking responsibility for healing the pain of my emotional inheritance and creating a new story for my lineage beyond the wounds of generational trauma. I hold deep reverence and curiosity for all the variations the human experience can take and I am in continued practice alongside my clients to embody motherhood from a place of strength and grace.
My approach is decolonial and integrates mind, body, and spirit. I utilize EMDR, somatic awareness, an emotional parts/IFS lens, and breathwork. In working with me you can expect trusted guidance and playful accountability to do the courageous work of alchemizing your wounds into wisdom.
